What is a Workout?
A Tennis Workout consists of lots activities to get you hitting as many balls as possible. While learning the tactical elements of the game.
How many Workouts do we offer?
We offer Improver level, Intermediate to Advanced. The more Advanced player you are the more we push your limits.
What if I don’t know my level?
If you do not know your standard that does not matter always book in and then we can advise you moving forward.
